Andres Rendon, Director of Acquisitions at High Caliber Land, is a U.S. Marine veteran and seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience—five dedicated solely to land. Known for his disciplined mindset, sharp underwriting, and ability to close high-potential deals quickly, he plays a key role in building value for clients nationwide, with special expertise in Texas markets. Proud of his Colombian and Ecuadorian roots, Andres connects easily with sellers in both English and Spanish.
